SSC377D OpenIPC Compatibility

N601 is a Remoteyes IPC camera module based on SigmaStar SSC377D with IMX335.

Can N601 run OpenIPC?

OpenIPC has an upstream SSC377D firmware build. A published SSC377D + IMX335 report describes a vendor-module crash. It concerns a separate board; N601 requires an independent boot, sensor and streaming test rather than an assumption based on matching part numbers.

OpenIPC is also searched as “Open IPC”. Compatibility refers to alternative firmware; it does not mean that the factory app, AI detection or original video modes will carry over. Confirm the full SoC and sensor IDs, flash type, PCB revision and intended firmware before conversion.
