SSC377D OpenIPC Compatibility
MC-L12D2 is a Videolink / MC IPC camera module based on SigmaStar SSC377D with IMX335.
Can MC-L12D2 run OpenIPC?
OpenIPC has an upstream SSC377D firmware build. A community report records a vendor-module crash on an SSC377D + IMX335 board. MC-L12D2 must be checked with a specific firmware build and PCB revision before OpenIPC video operation is confirmed.
OpenIPC is also searched as “Open IPC”. Compatibility refers to alternative firmware; it does not mean that the factory app, AI detection or original video modes will carry over. Confirm the full SoC and sensor IDs, flash type, PCB revision and intended firmware before conversion.
