SSC377 OpenIPC Compatibility
MC-J30 is a Videolink / MC IPC camera module based on SigmaStar SSC377 with SC450X.
Can MC-J30 run OpenIPC?
OpenIPC has an upstream SSC377 firmware build. SC450X does not identify a complete sensor variant. An upstream experimental SC450AI entry does not establish a driver match for this module; identify the fitted sensor first.
OpenIPC is also searched as “Open IPC”. Compatibility refers to alternative firmware; it does not mean that the factory app, AI detection or original video modes will carry over. Confirm the full SoC and sensor IDs, flash type, PCB revision and intended firmware before conversion.
